When I first heard about the whole 50s sci fi movie style, I just groaned. Now that I see the pictures and video, my opinion on the aliens and their vehicles hasn't changed much, but man, those blue human vehicles are great! Loving the mobile command base thing.

Allegedly, there will be a May-release polybag set (30141) of one of the blue "ADU" guys with parts to build some sort of winged jet back. I guess polys are the new Impulse?

Well, a lot of the new Star Wars sets are released in June-July, so I would expect other themes too. Except for Alien Conuest, which I know almost for sure will be released August, I think.

From what I have gathered, most of the 2011 stuff is coming out in either May or August, with a greater portion (from what I remember) happening in August. I like this, as I will have more money by then to buy all this awesome stuff.

Yeah, I can't say I mind a break for a few months to replenish my savings.

The large Earth Defense vehicle really strikes a Classic Space note with me. The blue and yellow color scheme, the design of the ship, and the base/vehicle combo make me think this must be an homage.
