StarCom has Blacktron?

I've been watching intro's from 80's/90's cartoons just now...

And I've noticed that the evil guys in StarCom are actually Blacktron I. They use the same logo.

Yep. Their logo was indeed the equilateral triangle inside an equilateral triangle. My younger brother had a bunch of the Starcom toys (spaceships, base, etc)... don't think we even realized there was a show for it until much later. All of the figures have magnet feet, and if you placed them in different areas of the set, it would trigger elevators, trap doors, etc. Very cool stuff.

I think that he just meant the general logo, not the colors along with the logo.
