This is the RollerMech, a lightweight mech intended for urban combat. It is designed to flank the enemy, unload it's primary armament of six missiles against critical targets, and quickly retreat to avoid retaliation and reload. Two high-calibre recoilless rifles provide supplemental firepower, although pilots prefer to avoid situations where the rifles are necessary. Dual communication antennas are mounted atop the shoulders.
The RollerMech is pictured above in a desert environment. It should be noted that this will void the warranty.
Designer's Notes: I have way too many of these
and I finally decided to do something with them.I'm not entirely happy using ball and socket joints for the legs, but I couldn't figure out how to make a highly poseable joint that wasn't too bulky for a light mech.
