I am approaching my 66th birthday which will be exactly 42 years since I discovered the rhombic dodecahedron(RD) quite separately from Archimedes. Using the same geometry as that of the RD I later discovered within it a folding engineering truss. It is called the NODLET That morphed into a matrix [urlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtFOey5oClA] The matrix geometry is discovered in the scales on a butterfly's wings, graphite, the Herpes virus to name but a few. This all then morphs into a toy that can simulate natural movement in three dimensional space robotically. I see this as a toy that can open up brand new vistas in the human imagination that will lead us further into the exploration of the nanoworld and give us new concepts in engineering. This was all due to a plethora of serendipity. I want your support to put it into the hands of young brains.
As I inferred, I am 65, an Englishman from Newcastle upon Tyne living in Hawaii for 25 yrs. My passions are Serendipity, DADGAD guitar tuning, invention, pool, carpentry, copperwork, golden sections, and apple pi
