I don't think I can commit to this, but sounds like a fun idea. If I could participate, a few questions:

- Can we develop other people's characters (for instance, may I have Jax leave the station while Malak grabs lunch?), or should we direct only our own characters (which means anyone wishing to join would have to introduce a new character)?

- You mentioned try to stick to 1st person--will there ever be a narrator (for instance, I might like to say "Jax and Malak were about to encounter something truly strange...")? If so, can the narrator voice be shared among us, or should one person claim that role?

Even if I can't participate, should be fun to see how the story unrolls...

Don't touch other characters without permission. A private message is a good way to ask, "hey, I want to go this way with the story, will you help me out by having your character do this or that?"

I guess we will occasionally meet points where we need exposition. In that case, I think we can share the narration voice. We are free to take the story where we like.
