Merman

Hovering high above the crowded streets the Merman watches and looks for crime,then swoops in and takes out the perpetrators. My third entry to the "High tech Low life" contest this time for the minifigure.

Cool fig!
The only thing I could see done any better is his pack-it looks too far from his torso.

Agreed, his back in general could use more bulk. But awesome idea!
