My Mashup Contest entry:

Hope you like it. Apologies if you’re just the wrong age to remember Gil Gerard as Buck Rogers, or to fully appreciate Erin Gray in a shiny jumpsuit...

Biddi-biddi-biddi, that's a nice ship!

Big bottoms, big bottoms,
Talkin' 'bout mud flaps,
My girl's got 'em.

Eh, just wait until you are too old to remember... This is a great mashup with convincing faithfulness to both the Buck Rogers shipa and the Classic Space theme. Well done Jason and good to have you in here.

Peace and pastiche, Professor Whateverly

Ah, so at least I know some people are old enough to remember it. The real question is, are you sad enough to 'get' both sets of lyrics?

I'm also deeply curious to know how widely understood the phrase 'Brass Monkeys' is, outside of Tony Hancock comedies and third year physics classes...
