Years ago I used this style chair during a prolonged degenerative disk episode. It was the only chair I could sit in. I loved it. I could sit upright or move the back of the chair into different reclining positions. So not only was it a good sitting chair, but also a good recliner for a comfortable nap. I am once again in the throes of another degenerative disk episode. You have not idea how grateful I am to find this chair again. It is constructed perfectly to support the pelvis and low back. Thank you for carrying it.

VERY PLEASED !!! This chair is much LARGER in person than it appears on the advertisement. If the story of Goldilocks applied here, this chair would be the “Papa Bear’s Chair” !!! Not only is it big enough for Papa, but it is unexpectedly more versatile than I expected: The Back reclines!!! That was a complete surprise to me> Just add a comfortable cushion and an ottoman, and you can nap comfortably or slumber overnight in this chair.
What is more, the durable materials are completely washable. It can go outside for cookouts, or come inside for use anywhere that extra seating is desired. I vote WIN/WIN on this and have just received my second one!!

I had used my grandmother’s reclining chair for years but the fabric finally succumbed to age. This chair is just as comfortable, reclines too, and I love it. I bought the Kettler Ottoman with the chair and it gives me a comfortable place to rest my legs. This chair feels very durable and is easy to clean. I use mine on my enclosed porch. The chair/ottoman seemed a little pricey but it will withstand more weight than some others, looks super easy to clean, and looks very well-made. I am hoping this chair gives me the same pleasure my grandmother’s did. Both the chair and the ottoman came nicely packaged. The chair required no assembly and the ottoman required only a little (legs). Everything was very well labeled and I had no problem quickly installing both on my porch!

I have had two Kettler Tiffany chairs for over 10 years so I knew the quality when I ordered the Nizza model for my boat. The Nizza weighs half that of the Tiffany so I wondered about it’s quality. It also costs less than half. The chair came yesterday morning and I was not disappointed.

I immediately sat the chair on the back of the boat and left for a 4 hour trip down the west coast of Florida. When I arrived I noticed that the chair had turned grey from diesel soot being station wagoned on the back of the boat. Turns out that resin is very porous and will absorb soot. I washed it back to white and lesson learned. Put it inside the cabin for the next trip.

I will buy another one.

Got four of these chairs, hoping that I wasn’t spending $155 for a fifty-dollar chair. We were delighted with the quality, strength, and finish of these German-made chairs. The seatbacks recline to four or five comfortable positions, and the whole package is sturdy, secure, and high-quality. They fold for storage, and there’s a lock to assure they don’t collapse otherwise. Happy wife, happy life!

chair so far appears very sturdy. only used it once, when I went camping. there’s actually 5 positions not 4. don’t think anyone would like the 1st position, you’d be sitting up at about a 93 degree position to your butt. I like the little red lever that locks the chair so it won’t accidently fold up when moving it around. just remember to flip it before folding it up. force it to fold will break the level. nicely strange that it feel slightly cooler that ambient temperature. sitting on it under the shade in high 70’s temperature in shorts and no shirt felt a little chilled when touching my bare skin. felt chilled even at night in front of the fire. had to put a thin blanket on it to stop the chilled feeling (didn’t want to put on a shirt and long pants).

Well made wide and comfortable chairs. They look like wood chairs on my front porch. It isn’t until you get up close that you realize they are actually molded plastic. My husband and I are both around 230#’s and we are not squished in these. I am making chair pads because in the heat of summer, skin sticks to the chair. This would happen with any chair made of this material. The three reclining positions are really nice!

This is a case where I wish you could give zero stars. From the start it was cheap junk, they do not even bother to write assembly instructions. The assembled parts do not even fit smoothly together. Once together the chair would not lock in to a set position and the plastic molding was of low quality. First time I sat in it, one side collapsed. If this was priced at even $50 I would return it. But for $189 it is a total ripoff. I susp c that it has been made more cheaply over the years as many of the reviews were quite old.
