Well… The jury is still out on the value of these bags. I do like the concept, but about fifty percent of the apples that I bagged have fallen off of the tree with bug damage. I suspect that many of the rest will be lost as well before they are ready for harvest. I applied the bags when the fruit was about 1″ in diameter. I’m not sure that I could have done that if the fruit was much smaller and none of the fruit appeared to have any insect damage when the bags went on. I tied the twist tie as tight as I could while gathering the top of the bag around the stem. It’s not easy to do, especially if you are doing dozens of fruit, so it’s disappointing to find that it was not effective. I’ll likely try again with these bags next season before I pass final judgement and I’ll try to come back with followup reviews. Right now? Meh…

They looked very well made and can be very useful. I was looking something for freeze protection. I have not have a chance to use it yet. But definitely will use it when the time comes.

Didn’t keep the squirrels out of my apple tree. They snapped the branch and took the apple from inside the bag.

These will do the job for which designed for. the keep the bugs off and the birds away.

Saved my oranges from the birds.

Work perfectly and wash well. This year we have grapes!!
