I’ve tried to edit this twice. For the 3rd time, I’d like to say that I wasn’t originally happy with the product I recieved and although that was the case, Abraham and his team at Tiger Supplies made it right with out me asking and that spoke volumes to me. I am still using all three chairs.
I ordered 3 chairs because I couldn’t beat the price. Well, I got what I paid for. These are made in China and a few of the parts must still be there because the chair lacked some pretty important things. The boxes arrived with holes all over and I’m guessing a few of the screws fell out along the way. The packaging the screws came in were open and 2 out of the 3 packages were missing parts because of it. Not to mention there were no eyelets on one of the legs. Which made it impossible to put together. It’s going back! Putting these together was the most frustrating thing for a guy that can put just about anything together. None of the holes lined up, the screws are crap, and the armrest screw holes weren’t even cut out. My advice to you is pay the difference and get something worth a damn. You’ll be happier you did. If you have the time to send back and wait for another one to arrive then by all means, take the gamble. Crap product.
We ordered this AdirMed Padded Blood Drawing Chair. The first one was damaged and NOT buy shipping. The box was fine but the chair inside looked like it was used, scratched and beat up. The seller replaced it. The new one we received broke about a month after we received it. The knobs completly broke & we cannot raise or lower the arms for drawing blood. We went to our local hardware stores and bought 2 replacement knobs. The chairs is such poor quality we cannot screw them in far enough to make them work. We reached out the the seller and they will not refund because it is past 30 days. THIS IS NOT A GOOD SELLER and THEY HAVE A POOR PRODUCT.

Not hard to assemble, but just wasted $350 on something that lasted only a month.
You need better directions. Also the groves in the holes that secure the seat to the base were troublesome. It was hard to get the screws into them.
Nice look and got lots of complimets from staff but The arm for this broke while seating a client. It appears soldered on. Submitted a comment. Have yet to hear back

The back seat does not have nuts to screw with nuts. Nuts are too short long nuts required. Holes are not aligned to put together the chair. I would like to return it or at the least exchange it
Not satisfied with the product.
good price and works well
