Not too bad…. not too great.

Item showed up on time and was packaged correctly, so no complaints there.

One thing I didn’t look into when purchasing was the height of the seats. 11 1/2 inches is a tad on the short side (normal chair height is around 16 inches). I’m 6′ tall, so knees are a little more elevated when sitting on this thing. Would make for a good apartment balcony area arrangement, but seems a little small for my deck out in the country.

Assembly is really simple, but deff get a ratchet to speed things up. Took me about 4 beers to complete, which is not bad.

Material is descent for the price you are paying. The way the wicker is weaved around each other makes me feel like it’s going to come apart sooner rather than later. Cushions are not good at all. Very light weight and will have to put velcro on them to keep them in place. A light breeze was knocking them over last night, so I know they won’t make it through a normal Oklahoma spring.

This set isn’t all that bad, but there is deff a lot better stuff out there if you want to spend a couple grand. I didn’t and wanted something I could replace with better cushions eventually and to see if the mice will destroy or not. Bought a nice cover to go with it, so add an extra $150 to the price if you want it to last.

Thought I would update: Bumped it up from 3 stars to 4. So far everything has held up after a year. I did go buy some foam and material, and made the seating thicker. Some extra throw pillows keep the back rest pillows from flying away. Pretty comfy now, but factor in another $200 if you are going to do your own upgrading

It’s a great set for the price. I would give it 5* but the cushions slide all over. That’s easily fixed by getting the command strips ( $14 at walmart). The company is great at resolving issues. When I first recieved my set, the glass top for the table was in a billion pieces. I emailed them and they sent me a new one free of charge, extremely fast. It looks fantastic on my deck, colors are perfect and they even include two pillows. I will be ordering more patio furnature through Sumder in the future!

It took a little more than expected to put together but it wasn’t hard at all, just putting pieces together.
The cushions are comfortable but light so maybe adding velcro to the back cushions wouldn’t be a bad idea. Overall, we are happy with this set and would definitely recommend it.

You kind of get what you pay for here. The look is very nice. However the cushions will move A LOT unless you apply some sort of material to keep them stationary. We used Velcro and it seems to be working well. The cushions will also show A TON of dirt after a little while of being outside (even in a covered area). After the first gathering, one of the cushions has lost it’s “fluff” and looks like there is a perma butt imprint. The guy sitting in the seat is only 6′ 200lbs. It should recover better than it did after he sat there for only about an hour. The table it comes with is HELLA low and looks kinda silly next to the rest of the couch. The pillows were a nice touch they sent 2 lime green ones. If you’re on a budget and want to look rich – this is the set. Not sure about longevity of this yet though…

Some parts came damage,one was replace plus 20 bucks…overall good item for the price.

Love this piece on my patio. Very sturdy. Great customer service. I would give it a 5 star but directions were a little confusing.

Very nice set for the price you pay, it took my husband around one hour to install all pieces! I would recommend to use Velcro to keep the cushions tight!
