Apple iPhone 5C 32 GB AT&T, Pink (Refurbished)

Iphone 5c is basically an Iphone 5 with a colorful plastic case which makes it about a $100 cheaper (regular Iphone 5 and 5s is metal and plastic). Outside of the colorful plastic you really won’t notice the difference between this, the iphone 5 and the iphone 5s unless you’re REALLY knit picky. I’m a Samsung guy who stayed away from the Iphone for years due to the small size of the phones, I decided to try this one out because of the price and that it is relatively similar in size to a smaller Samsung phone like the Galaxy Victory I had before and it hasn’t been that big a deal to switch over (so far).

I wanted to take the time to address some of the negative reviews regarding purchasing these phones as many come from user error. If you’re going to buy a used phone from a 3rd party vendor be sure to read the description of the phone on that specific venders profile and not the Amazon listed one (which is for a new phone). The one I bought was refurbished but the vender (mybullfrog) listed specifically what it came with (charger and cable), the condition of the phone (near great condition with perfect screen) and what it didn’t come with (a sim card). Putting that together basically this phone was a warranty exchange because the previous owner dropped it and cracked the screen and they just replaced it for them with a new phone, fixed the screen on the other phone and is reselling it. I got it exactly 3 days from when it was shipped and it was exactly as described (picture included).

When you buy a used phone with a sim card already in you run the risk of getting a phone that won’t be able to be activated as that phone could possibly still be active on someone else’s account (a regular complaint on low scored reviews).

When you buy a phone without the Sim you have to get the Sim from the network provider of the phone (in this case Sprint). If you don’t know this information it can be a hassle which accounts for most of the complaints. If you go to a corporate Sprint store (IE a store that does in store phone repairs) they do carry Sim cards there and shouldn’t charge you for them if you’re activating the phone at their store (though they’re less than $4 if they do). If you just go to a regular Sprint store generally they won’t have spare Sim cards and will look at you funny.

Anyway so far so good, I checked everything out, got phone calls, sent and received texts, watched TV on aps, used the headphone jack and it all worked perfectly. So far no complaints from me.

I purchased this phone after not reading thoroughly, from another vendor and ended up with an unlocked iPhone incompatible with my carrier/ provider. Although disappointing, it was totally my fault. Luckily, I was able to return that phone and purchase this one. It is very important to educate yourself and read all of the product description before purchasing something like this. Although The previous vendor I worked with was fantastic with the return and refund process, I could’ve save myself the hassle if I just paid attention. Moving on, this phone is fantastic. It is completely functional, and works better than a previous iPhone I had purchased brand-new. If you are buying this iPhone and have not previously owned an iPhone, you will need to purchase a Sim card to activate this phone. You can get them for a small charge at your local Carrier/Provider/Apple store, or you can just order one here and save yourself the hassle. Again make sure the Sim card is appropriate to your carrier/ provider.I see some top rated reviews here indicating not to trust the seller. I have to say that the seller was absolutely phenomenal, everything arrived in tiptop condition and in all original packaging, with Apple certified charger and earbuds. I really couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Just remember, be specific about your carrier. Also remember, unlocked does not mean compatible with server. Any refurbished iPhone you purchase will be unlocked, but if you have a Verizon carrier get a Verizon compatible phone, same with AT&T, Sprint, or whatever the case may be. The same goes with the Sim card, make sure it is compatible with your carrier. I cannot emphasize this enough.

WOW! I could not believe I got a used iPhone 5 with not a single scratch !! It’s in New condition and came with the wall charger plus a case matching the color. I honestly couldn’t believe what spectacular shape it was in and not expensive for and iPhone 5 at all! Shipped in 2 days and in excellent working condition, I swear it has to be new !!! 110% satisfied customer right here !!

This phone is awesome.I was a little bit upset that when it arrived it has a small deep crack in the middle of it you cannot notice when it is on and I had already activated it with my sim card so I am keeping it as I can’t be without this phone number. We have Samsung s5’s and grand prime in the house along with htc and this iPhone the best in my opinion is the s5 and 5c, I love how this is so sleek and compact, the one thing I hate about iPhone is the whole app thing and how they make it a pain to remove ones you do not need. This phone works so smooth and easy besides that.I use this with Verizon and it was so easy to use my nano sim card from previous phone and put it in the iPhone and restart it that is all it took to update my Verizon profile and transfer my phone number etc. Def give this a try.

I purchased this phone in October (2015). Since then, I have had issues with freezing, lack of responsiveness (especially from my keyboard), the home button not working, and now it won’t charge. I have a few friends who also have this phone and they have had issues as well. I would consider my use average, so this is very frustrating.

My old iphone 6s drowned a couple months ago, so I wanted to purchase a cheap replacement to tied me over until my contract expires. This refurbished 5c phone did the trick and came exactly as described. The phone was a little scuffed and clearly used, which was exactly as I expected as it was listed in “acceptable” condition. For me, as long as there were no cracks and the phone worked, I was golden and this was just that. I’ve had this phone for a little over a month now and it has worked perfectly since I received it. No have been no problems with unusually short battery life or touchscreens. I am very happy with my purchase.
