Got the phone quickly without any external signs of wear and tear, but once we powered it on the Wifi did not work. I had never seen this happen before so went through all the Apple troubleshooting instructions, but never could get Wifi to turn on so the phone was useless. We returned and promptly got our money back. Highly doubt this is common with buying these phones, but was a big letdown when I gave it to my wife and it didn’t work. Comes with the territory when you buy a refurb.
