Before I even turned it on I tried to put it in a case and saw that the screen had popped out of the casing. The phone wouldn’t turn on so I tried to charge it. The cable was loose in the charging port and the phone never powered on!!

Phone arrived on time and included a charger. I had to revise this review after a few days of receiving the phone. Everything was fine. The phone worked and got service. I absolutely loved it. However, the phone randomly stopped working with Verizon. I couldn’t send/receive text messages or phone calls and it wouldn’t even connect to wifi. I had no way of contacting anyone and I had to be somewhere that night. It was beyond frustrating. I went to Verizon to hopefully fix the issue, but the IMEI number on the phone was not even legit and they could not do anything. Spend the extra money to get a real iPhone from Apple or a trusted friend. It is not worth the hassle, trust me.
