I’ve previously owned 2 older ZenFone’s. Each better than the previous. I’m thrilled with the Max Plus (M1) . It feels good and solid and came with a cool clear case. The camera is top notch and would be hard to beat. It’s smart and seems to know what I’m wanting when I shoot in fully auto mode. I love the nice bright and quite vivid resolution. Not only of photos, but anything on the screen. This phone is faster than its predecessor by a very noticeable amount. The “OK Google” function actually listens and can understand what I’m saying. This is a first. Fingerprint security works perfect. Nobody is getting into your phone but you. Battery life= Excellent! I never listen to the speakers on a phone, but if I did, I would say that’s the one drawback I’ve noticed so far. It doesn’t sound bad, it simply is not an improvement. I’m glad they spent time and money where it was needed. The guts of this phone. We all use earbuds or headphones anyway. We received the phone in 3 days from a 3rd party seller. “Quality Deals Shopping Center”, got us the phone from Taiwan to Tulsa in 3 days (free shipping). 8 Days earlier than expected. I do not receive a discount on jack crap from Amazon. I’m not one of the lucky people that get stuff for free or half price and then write whatever they want you to hear. I paid $259 and I’d take it over a new iPhone. Clearly Asus is good and getting better. I see no reason to pass this up.
