Circulon Circulon Premier Professional 13-piece Hard-anodized Cookware Set Bronze Exterior Stainless Steel Base

I recently bought an induction cook top and needed new cookware. I was using Emeril Hard Anodized and love them so I was leary about trying something new. These pans are lighter in weight than my Emeril but there seems to be no difference in cooking results. They heat evenly and I especially like the covered handles which are always cool to the touch. The Emeril pan are much heavier and the handles heat up during cooking.
The drain spouts on the sauce pans are very convenient. There is a little buzzing from the larger fry pan while on the stove but nothing bothersome or annoying.
There was only one glitch when I opened the box…the 10″ fry pan was warped on one side, almost as if someone dropped it but the box itself was undamaged and none of the other pots/pans were damaged. I called Circulon who referred me back to Amazon and I was promptly compensated for the damaged pan. This may have been a quality assurance problem during packaging at the factory. Other than that I do recommend these pots and pans for anyone using an induction cook top.

I was really looking forward to using this cookware set. I boil things all the time that need draining, and thought this set would make cooking dinner much easier every night. So the first pan that I opened was the 3 qt covered saucepan that I would be using most often. There was a little bump on the pouring side, so I rubbed it with my finger. Instead of being just an odd imperfection that doesn’t affect anything, the nonstick coating started peeling off in two spots. I was very disappointed, as I was planning on using this set on Thanksgiving. Because of a number of bad reviews about their warranty service, instead of unwrapping the rest to check for other problems, I packed it back up and returned it.

I’ve had these for about 5 months now and I love them and use them every day. They are super heavy duty, the coating seems to be stuck on very well and hasn’t chipped or peeled. They cook evenly, I have nothing negative to say.

If you have an induction cooktop, these work great. It took literally 3 minutes to boil water. love them. Well worth the price!

We just bought an induction stove. Needed new pots and pans to use on it. So we bought these as they had one of the best ratings for use on induction cooktops. So now after using them I can tell you what I like and dislike about them. They do not heat as fast or efficiently as cast iron pots and pans do. Example 5 quart pot filled with water using the same burner on the induction cooktop, Circulon pot took 27 minutes to boil, same size cast iron pot took 40 seconds to boil. Tests with other same size pans the cast iron heats much faster than cirulon of the same size does. However the circulon pans do spread out the heat evenly even beyond the burner size. Cast iron does not do that well. Example A 9 inch circulon pan on a 6 inch size burner, place an egg outside of the burner area and it still cooks evenly in the circulon pan. In the cast iron pan same test only half of the egg cooks the other half stays raw, the part that is outside of the burner area. So the Circulon pans do not heat as quickly or get as hot as the cast iron do, but they do heat much more evenly when they do heat up. Plus the Cirulon pans have a non stick coating, cast iron can be seasoned to almost be non stick. As a side note cast iron pans are rough and can scratch the cooktop, so I used a Kevlar grill mat between the cast iron pot and the cooktop to protect the cooktop. It works great.

Thinking of buy another set! Works great on my induction cooktop.

Maybe I got a bad batch yet the lids don’t really fit (lots of room between pan and lid) and the outside coating on the pan scrathes incredibly easy and now my set of pans for Christmas is to old to return and looks like an OLD SET:(

Outstanding set in all ways. We bought this set for our new induction range, and they work flawlessly. Medium heavy-duty, well constructed. They look like they will hold up well over time. Soft handle grips are attractive and allow for easy handling of hot pot, pan, or lid. Very effective non-slip surface. I simply use soft sponge and mild soapy water to clean; no scrubbing needed. The bronze finish is attractive.
