The Designer Series Blue Smoker has all of the same features as the Bradley Original Smoker, in a cool blue hue. The unique, automatic feed system enables you to load up your smoker with nine hours of Bradley Flavor Briquettes. With two separately controlled heat elements (one for the oven, one to create smoke) your smoker can now function as a hot smoker, cold smoker, oven, or dehydrator. The generator has a removable side panel for ease of cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep your smoker lasting longer. The fully insulated stainless steel interior and magnetic door make for an easy cleanup and keeping the smoke where it is supposed to be.
