This frame is extremely well made, and was packaged very professionally. I make it a point to buy USA made whenever and wherever possible, and this is a great example just why. I got tired of the inferior quality and workmanship of other products that are made in foreign countries, esp. China. The frame itself is very sturdy, and the slats fit in the slots perfectly. There is no play whatsoever once the mattress is placed on top.
As an added touch, the company packers write a nice little “thank you” note on the cartons, as well as another thank you letter after the purchase.
Absolutely would recommend this product.

We are thrilled with our our purchase! My husband doesn’t really get excited about putting things together. This took us less than 15 mins to assemble! No tools what so ever! Just slide the metal prongs in the slots to assemble to frame, then throw on the 2 center supports and then the horizontal support planks and you’re done. It’s nice and sturdy. The only gripe is that when I purchased it the color I wanted was out of stock so I had to wait a few weeks to get it. No big deal and the customer service was amazing and I got a hand written note from Erica thanking me for my order. I’m so glad we went with eLuxurySupply. Now if only they made easy to build wood sheds! That’s the next project my hubby isn’t looking forward to. 😬

I just got this delivered today and put it together, and as a person who is not handy, hires everyone to do everything aside more complicated than screwing in a light bulb, I was able to do it fairly easily.

There is a simple diagram explaining assembly, the toughest part for me was figuring out the best way to start. What worked for me was putting the head part on the floor face up and sliding the first side panel in, then tilting it back to the floor. I think the whole thing took me about 20 minutes, but for anyone better with spatial things it would probably be 10 minutes or under.

And the pine smell is lovely and fresh, and with the mattress on it feels comfortable and sturdy.

There were cheaper similar looking frames here but the good reviews and the fact that you don’t need tools to assemble sold me.

Initially I had several issues with this frame. I ordered this frame and my Voila mattress at the same time. The mattress showed up in three days but the frame took 8 days even with Prime. Then the box was severely torn, the last two feet of the box was just barely hanging on by a small flap, unfortunately I was not there when it was delivered. It looks like it had been taped at least once. Luckily the frame although exposed from the broken box didn’t seem to be damaged. I thought the size of the cardboard shipping box was way too thin for a King size hardwood frame. Then during the installation I had one side that was about 1/8 inch off, not a deal breaker for me. The real problem was installing the middle cross brace. The hole on the short support leg did not match up with the beam. it was off by at least a 1/4 inch. It’s a good thing I’m handy enough to have figured out the solution of reaming out the hole with a drill until I could get it to work. But what should have taken me 20 minutes took me almost 45 after I had to overcome all these obstacles. Don’t you guys QC your stuff, at least make sure everything lines up correctly? OK here’s the good part and why I still give it 4 stars. The wood frame itself is beautiful. I appreciate how wood grain looks and the frame has sort of a wavy wood pattern, just a gorgeous piece of wood all the way around. So despite all of the hoops I had to jump through to make this frame work, I’m still recommending the ash hardwood frame just on it’s feel and looks.

The absolute BEST Customer Service ever. Good solid construction. Simple easy assembly. MADE IN THE USA. It took longer for us to get it as they were out of Cal-King size. On the upside, now that it is here, it smells like fresh cut wood. I enjoy the smell of fresh cut wood and I know the product is brand new! Customer service folks are very responsive and polite. Please buy from this Veteran owned business.

It is a beautiful bed, modern and a perfect color.
I really was excite to receive it, unfortunately when assembling I noticed that one of the sides is cracked (see pic), and the wood chipped on one of the legs. The later maybe can be fixed with a stain pen, but I am afraid it will just keep chipping.

This bed was so easy to put together. It was assembled by my daughter assisted by her beautiful little 5 year old. Done in minutes. It will be so easy to move which we have to do frequently for work reasons.

Very good quality and lovely personal service.

[UPDATE]: Kyle from customer service reached out and helped me get some additional bed slats. I would like to metion he was very professional. With my new bed slats now I am very happy with this bed!
