Was nervous about purchasing this chair on amazon without testing it out and making sure the quality was where I wanted it to be, but I have to say it surpassed my expectations. It’s a super comfy, sleek chair. Only complaint I could think of would be that the neck massage points are a little high on the headrest, but it’s easy to shut that part off of the massage aspect. It came in two separate boxes, and when I received one box a day before the next, customer service was very friendly and leveled my panic by providing me a tracking number and updated instructions on how to put it together 🙂 Very worth the price for what I received. Keep up the good work!

We love it. It’s not like the roller ones, and it just vibrates. But you can use the heat when the massage is not on, it reclines and it has several settings for many parts of your body. It was easy to assemble and our entire family uses it, myself, my husband and my son. We would purchase again and recommend.

I call this chair my therapy chair, because it has helped me recover from a painful automobile accident. I feel more rejuvenated and able to move around much easier. This chair gives me comfort when I’m in pain.

When using the massager, it is a little too loud for me. But I like everything else just fine.

There is no mechanism to keep the footrest in place. Otherwise, the chair seems well built. The back warmer is nice. The leather is good.

This is a great chair and a great company! I only received half a chair. I panicked and wrote an email. Then I looked and found another place to write an email. I finally got connected to Amazon on Chat. I had all the information and she took care of it. She called another great customer service representative at Acme Home. They both assured me the other half of the chair would be there in 2 or 3 days. I was skeptical but agreed to wait and see. Acme Home sent me the plans to put the recliner together. That made me nervous! The day after Christmas, very early in the morning, the other half of my chair arrived. The delivery guy was so nice. It went together very easily! It rocks, reclines, swivels and massages. The leather is very soft and it has quickly become my husband’s favorite gift. Amazon and Acme Home were amazing!!!!!! They have great people working for them. I would trust them to buy my next furniture item! It looks exactly like the picture, except my husband is blocking the picture.

I love this chair. It is very comfortable and looks great. It came in two shipments and one is heavier than the other box. Over all I think for the price and comfort I made a smart purchase.

I like the chair, very comfortable and value for money. Excellent customer service too. The remote that I received was broken (probably during shipping) but they immediately shipped me a new one as soon as I contacted them via e-mail.
