This Feyachi fits the bill – 2 color illuminated reticle, clear image, ease of adjustment with the tool-less windage and elevation adjustment, smooth throw on the zoom.
I ran this on both an AR and a ruger 1022. It zeroed in and held the zero through several hundred rounds of .223 and rimfire ammo. I will probably wind up keeping it on the Ruger as I prefer smaller profile 4X prism style optics on my ARs.
Highly recommended plinking scope.

Keep in mind this doesn’t come with scope rings, so you will need to either have a set, or will need to get a set of 1″ rings.
The eye relief is a bit short, around 2″, which means you will need to have your eye that far from the eye piece. So I don’t suggest using on a high recoil rifle. I put this on a 6mm Creedmoor due to that rounds low recoil.
The reticle is crisp, besides black, there’s also red and green lighted with several different brightness’s.
The 40mm lens does let a fair amount of light in for the 3-9x magnification. More than that would need a larger lens.
One thing I do like is the flip up lens covers on both ends. I much prefer these over the caps you take off, I seem to forget where I put them.
So far it holds zero well, and is easy to use. A friend of mine got the same scope, and he’s also very happy.
