At the time I write this, the spa has only one review which gave it one star. I’m finally writing my first ever Amazon product review, after having read zillions of them over the years, because I think showing this thing as a one-star product is unfair. As far as I can tell, this is simply the newer version of the 28403E Intex PureSpa, with just a different, presumably upgraded, pump/heater unit. That product has 2,800+ reviews averaging 4 stars, which is what I based my purchase on. And as far as a sub-$500 purchase for a hot tub, this thing is amazing. Sure, it’s not as nice as a $5000 hard sided spa–of course it isn’t. But once it’s set up and you’re sitting in it with the bubbles on, it’s really pretty close. And I had no issues setting it up and getting it to temperature. I put water in it Friday night and used it at 100 degrees on Saturday night. Used it again the next afternoon. Quality seems great so far and I’m super impressed by it. It’s very sturdy and, once put together, looks more like an actual hot tub and less like an inflatable pool toy (which I was kinda afraid of). Time will tell how much impact it has on my utility bill – that’s the only open question now. Also, I got the energy efficient cover for an extra $100. Looks like this one will ship to California without it (other Intex ones wouldn’t; I think it’s an energy efficiency issue), but I got it anyways. I won’t know otherwise, but it seems to be a solid investment for the tub and isn’t much of a hassle to take on and off. I’m fully prepared that this thing may only have the durability to last a year or two, but at this price I was willing to take a chance on it to have a spa on the patio that I could set up myself. So far I’m glad I did!

Temperature sets at 104 degrees
Easy installation/set up
Cons: Once you turn on the bubbles/jets itâs a little loud. I would suggest keeping a waterproof Bluetooth speaker near by.
This is not going to fit 6 adults as advertised. Wait…let me take that back. If you enjoy carbs and the occasional Klondike bar you and your friends are not going to fit in this all together. I would say 4 adults max.
Once you turn the bubbles/jets on the temperature will drop 2-4 degrees. Still feels good though.
The pillows/head rest that you purchase separately do not stay attached. Donât waste your money.
Other than that, we have been very happy with it. I really donât feel the difference from a hard shell hot tub compared to the inflatable. We go in it almost every evening and add a chlorine tablet once a week.
I’ve had this tub for about 3 years.i located it next to house on patio. I set the hot tub on one inch insulation
siding I got from home depot.that way if kids jump in you have a cushion.plus help keep the temp from leaving
through the bottom touching the concrete.my wife has a serious back problem so we use almost every night before
bed. the only thing I do is wash out the filter every couple days with a garden hose.note the less restriction on incoming water to heater the longer heater will work.it helps heater from over heating from lack of incoming water
I would buy again. 2 of my friends bought this spa and also love it

Even in South Texas right now, it has a hard time holding a temperature at 104 degrees, it could definitely use a little better heating element. Besides that, I’m a single guy who is a school teacher who is self quarantined at home during Coronavirus, stuck it on my back porch and the setup was easy. The parts seem quality for the price, including the pump/pump housing. The inflatable tub is suprisingly sturdy and the jets work pretty well. Overall- Excellent value, as a Disabled Vet, my body is broken down from the days in both the US Army Infantry/Oilfield Work -and its a great way to treat yourself for the value (what im saying is that there is some therapeutic benefit from this thing, which makes the $370 seem like it was worth it). I don’t have buyer’s remorse on this one. If you are a single guy and don’t have one, you are wrong.

I’ve had it for just over a week, and it seems to be durable and easy to use. My wife loves it. However, it is more like a two possibly a three person hot tub. Unless you are swingers, four people would be to close for comfort.

My only feedback is the sizing of the 6 person is actually big enough for 4 adults, not 6. So the “4-person” fits two comfortably and the “6 person” fits 4 comfortably.
This product for $350 more than beats expectations. We bought it originally just to have heated water and filtration in a small pool for 3 young children. After the first weekend we realized we love it more than the kids.
Pros quality is awesome you would think it would be hard but bottom I soft tub is comfortable. Heats up to 104 f, has nice cover that comes with it and set up is a breeze.
Cons jets are a little loud but strong and relaxing.
Would not likely fit 4 adults comfortably but if your family or close as long as your not too big should work but seems like 3 would be better.

I’ll update this review as we go…but have had it a few days, got it up to temperature (it holds temperature very well), got the water nice and balanced, but the bubble jets only have worked sporadically, and for like 1 minute each time. It says they’ll turn off after 30 min…but yeah I’d say a minute or so is all we’ve got. We’ve tried turning the filter off and running them….tried waiting until it was at heat for a while and running them, tried turning it on and off and only pressing the bubble button, etc. I’m wondering if we just got a bad bubble motor or something. It has a 1-year warranty so I’ll be calling customer service tomorrow, but so far it’s just a nice hot water bath. Seems sturdy, cover is great, not too much humidity indoors, easy plug and play, so if it’s user error or just a “it’s still getting up to speed” thing, and it starts working, I’ll be pretty pleased with it. But until then, or if it’s not, until I get a new motor/whatever, 1 star.
