The first table we received was clearly damaged and had discoloration. We returned it and got another one that was flawless.

I went out to buy a power drill, because the screw holes for the keyboard were not large enough. The power drill also made everything else much easier to do (I highly recommend getting a cheap one just for this table, but definitely doable without it). I couldn’t manage to really make the keyboard screw holes work out, so just completely did without the slide-out keyboard. Other than the keyboard, everything was fairly simple to put together.
Be careful when screwing the wood table on! I apparently screwed a little too hard and actually drilled two holes through my table… So avoid screwing it as deep as you can.
Other than that, the table looks nice and is a decently large size.
BUT, thank goodness every single piece was accounted for and not a scratch on it…how in the world?
Anyway, it took me about an hour to put it together. The pieces and screws were all labeled with numbers and letters, you really canât mess it up. But then I realized it didnât fit in the room I had intended it for.
BUT, it easily came apart and made 2 separate desks that I gave to each of my boys and they absolutely love them. So now instead of 1 desk that was too big, I got two desks that are the perfect size for a small bedroom.
This is a versatile piece. Iâm really happy with it. You can make a lot if different configurations with it and it still looks great. The wood is heavy and we had zero issues with assembly. Thumbs up.
