LDR 040 6000 Complete 19-Gallon Laundry Utility Tub with Pull-Out Faucet

This wash tub is a great and a total bargain!! We love it! Delivered quickly & is exactly as described!! I particularly love the pull out faucet & the quality of the tub is amazing!! Metal legs, thick & sturdy sink basin. The best part was it came with everything we needed!! It had the drain, the supply lines, faucet, all the hardware, leveling feet & even the plug for the sink! It was easy to install, the plastic is easily cleaned & it’s deep enough to catch the “back splashes” when I’m dumping a 5 gallon bucket of liquid down the drain! The other bonus is the length of the faucet hose!! I can easily have a 5 gallon bucket on the floor and fill it with the faucet without having to fill it in the sink & lift they the full, heavy bucket out. It even comes with a fitting to connect a garden hose up to the faucet! For the price, you can’t beat it! And when they say it’s everything you need to install, it really was, no last minute trip to the store to get anything. I paid full price for this and didn’t get a deal for a review. As an online shopper, we rely heavily on reviews for Amazon products so we want to give a great review when it is deserved. We really loved this product and couldn’t find this quality for anywhere near this price in a big box store! You won’t be disappointed!

I just finished installing this sink 5 minutes ago. I am, overall, happy with the purchase. The sink itself seems plenty sturdy. The plastic is solid and the metal legs seem quite sturdy.The included plumbing fittings are of good quality. The same you would expect from your local hardware store. The mounting holes for the faucet need to be knocked out by the installer. The instructions say to use a screwdriver or a hammer and chisel. I used a hammer with a screwdriver. It did not knock out cleanly. The faucet covered the chip outs so it was not a big deal for me. Lastly, there are no hints on how to mount the sink in the instructions. There are some clips molded into the sink which fit a 2×4 however they are set back about an inch from the where the sink meets the wall. Since there is no included mounting bracket included so the installer needs to come up with something. I was handy enough to be able to do this but some may not be. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

The tub is a great size. It’s sturdy as well. The legs however we couldn’t get in but 60% of the way. We tried to hammer them in but even with a plank they started to bend so we left them halfway in. It’s sturdy that way so I’m not terribly worried. I built a pedestal for the legs to attach to because I didn’t want to drill into the floor.

I deducted 2 stars because I bought this model for two reasons other than the size/price: 1) steel legs 2) comes with a faucet, spray being a bonus.

1) as I said, the legs will not go in but 60%… they are also a powder coated steel color so it doesn’t really match with anything metal

2) I bought this for a commercial workspace so I needed a spray faucet. I guarantee you’ll need to replace the faucet so you might as well skip this and buy a different model that’s cheaper without a faucet. It took us a while to install the faucet it came with because things weren’t lining up and the pull out hose would not install. When we finally got it, the water hoses wouldn’t line up in the faucet threads so we had 3 separate leaks from the faucet alone. I bought a new nicer spray faucet just to make sure it wasn’t user error. The newer model was installed in less than half the time and no leaks so please listen to the reviews that say the faucet it comes with is absolute cheap plastic garbage.

Seriously though. Don’t get this one thinking you can just use the faucet it comes with. We had to wait an extra week without water messing with it and waiting for another one. Other than that, the tub itself is good enough for me to use in a workspace so I don’t necessarily regret my purchase

This is a really nice outside tub for our barn. All of the right parts were included and it was easy to install. The only downside is that the faucet and handles are plastic. They work fine but will surely not be as durable as metal faucets. But, for the price this is a very good deal.

This sink was fairly easy to assemble and install. The attachments underneath the faucet for the hot/cold water lines are plastic and so you have to be really careful screwing them on not to strip the threads. If it goes on crooked it’s difficult to fix without stripping the threads because it’s plastic. One of mine I could not get on hardly at all because the threading wasn’t all the way down and part of it stripped right away. I gave it 4 stars because the company mailed me a replacement faucet right away at no charge and I didn’t have the problem the 2nd time because I learned from my first experience. This is a great utility sink for the money.

Super easy instal! Faucet is plastic but looks good and functions as it should. Great price and comes with everything you need.
Update: 8 mos later still working great as a shop sink as well as serving as my kitchen sink during construction. Cleans up quickly with a little bleach.
