I used this product for a while then I discovered Oxy-Spa (you will have to search for it on Amazon they will not let me link it here). Here is why I chose Oxy Spa over Leisure Time renew.

2. Oxy spa has more Active Ingredients than Leisure time. So you can use less product. In-fact the Oxy spa is 1.5-2oz per 500 gal, while the Leisure time is 2oz per 250 Gal.

3. This may seem trivial but the mouth on the bottle of Oxy Spa is wider that the leisure time. If you have ever tried to get a measuring spoon down in the bottle you know what I mean.

Leisure time works! Im not saying it doesn’t but the Oxy Spa is the best bang for your buck with the same ingredients only more. If you use a mineral sanitizer like Nature 2 you know you’ll be going through shock.

Great product that I have used for years for my hot tub. Keeps the water stabilized and helps keep the use of other chemicals to a bare minimum. I like not having to use so many other chemicals to keep water balanced and of course love saving the costs of all those other products. Love I can order from Amazon. I have spent many hours driving distances, searching for retailers selling spa products. Having the convenience of ordering and having delivered quickly is totally making me happy.

This product is new to me so i will use for awhile to decide how good it really works. Did notice that when i do use it i get foaming in the hot tub which then causes me to use another product to take out the foam.

Works well! I put in the tub after each use along with a small amount of chlorine and the water has stayed clear.

Works perfect in ThermoSpa. 1 Tbls after each use; 1 tbls chlorine every 1-2 week(s) based on usage; monthly rinse of filters which are always white… that’s my mx for clear and clean smell of my ThermoSpa!!! Very rare I get in my ThermoSpa without rinsing prior. Leisure Time keeps my ’16 PA ThermoSpa working great and beautiful in Texas.

Does what it says it’s going to do. It is uppers for your spa. Product arrived promptly and as described. Same stuff I get at the spa store, delivered to my door because the local place’s hours suck.

I’m fairly new to being a hot tub owner (2-3 months), but this shock performs just as well as the starter kit provided by my retailer. I use it about once/week.

This is the best brand for a spa. I’ve tried a bunch of cheaper brands, totally not worth the trouble. Go with the best brand, it really clears the water and keeps the water chemicals balanced right away.
