The shade came in a day and comes complete with stainless steel hardware. I am pleased with the quality and once I hung this shade I ordered another identical sail to have more pool coverage.
Some helpful advice: make sure your anchor points are strong. I sunk a 6″x6″x8′ post 3 feet deep using 180lbs of quick drying concrete for one anchor and the other two points to gable points. Hang your sail(s) such that you can quickly take it down if a storm is coming, or take them down each night. You will need to supply your own screws for the anchor points and I needed to buy extra nylon chord. I needed 150′ and found some colored military grade chord at my hardware store that matched my sails. The kit does not come with instructions but it is pretty simple project.
Finally, we’ve had a lot of rain and cloud coverage so far so I can’t say yet how the sails effect pool temperature. I’ll know in August!
