Excelentes! Si buscas unas bandas como las de Maddy estas son muy buena opción. No se estiran, no se resbalan, buena resistencia cada una, vienen 3 diferentes tipos y en su bolita con un instructivo opcional de ejercicio. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque la de mayor resistencia a la primera que la usé se descocio, sin embargo no se rompió y aún funciona bien.

Las bandas son muy cómodas, de tela y en la parte de adentro tiene un material para evitar que se resbalen. Cada banda es para una resistencia diferente, la verde es resistencia ligera, la rosa es resistencia media y la morada es resistencia alta. Se nota mucho la diferencia de resistencias entre cada banda, asà que cumplen con su objetivo ya sea que vayas empezando o que busques una alta resistencia. Vienen con una bolsita para almacenarlas, aunque en la bolsa a lo mucho caben 2 bandas. Me gustaron mucho, siento que es una buena relación calidad/precio, las compré por $320. Si lo que estás buscando es motivarte para hacer ejercicio en casa te recomiendo que busques vÃdeos en youtube con rutinas donde utilicen las bandas de resistencia, en lo personal recomiendo a Madfit y a Chloe Ting, al hacer el gasto te motivas a querer utilizarlas y no dejar el ejercicio 🙂

Vienen tal cual como se muestra en la imagen, los colores son muy bonitos, lo que más me gustó de las bandas es su calidad, cada banda tiene una resistencia diferente y vaya que es buena la resistencia de las tres, ya que se siente el trabajo en los músculos. Son una excelente opción para realizar ejercicio en casa.
Lo que no me latio tanto fue que si vienen un poquito grandes, a pesar de eso uno se puede ejercitar con ellas ó también se pueden mandar a coser a la medida que uno guste, sin embargo es algo que ya habÃa leÃdo en los comentarios, pero aún asà me animé a comprarlas y la verdad no me arrepiento, fue una buena compra.
