I would love to give this little guy a 5 star for it is very handy and does a good job in chopping up limb and twigs. The problem is that i had to doctor the chain tensioner to make it work. I can not believed that the person assembled this tool just didn’t care. The stationary part that has the female thread did not have a good thread. In other words it is stripped. The fine threaded bolt or screw slip in and out of it. I e-mailed the seller and they responded right away but the problem is they do not have anything to replace the tensioner assembly. I am hesitant to send the gadget back because it is good. My worry is i might get worse than what i have in hand. I do recommend this tool, it is unbelievable for what it does.

Perfect handheld chainsaw for a senior woman to use. I ordered this to trim and shortened fallen limbs so I could burn them in my firepit. I love that it is lightweight and simple to use. It arrived and I was expecting to have to charge the battery, however, I did not have to. I was able to use it within 5 minutes of it arriving. I like too that there is a safety guard covering the saw blade so it doesn’t kick back any debris in your face. Altho safety glasses need to be worn. I also love that it comes in a nice case for storage and gloves, and tools to change saw blade..which I’ve not done yet so cannot comment on that.

Wow, very fast delivery six days ahead of time. After reading (short read) the instruction book front to back to be sure I knew the product prior to use. It was nice that the battery is pre-charged. I tested the saw right away and found that it cut right through the limbs(2 inches) with no problems. Impressive powerful saw. Thanks

It comes all you need in the box. Really good product well worth the money I am very pleased with my purchase. This little unit does a great job for its size. The batteries charge quickly, after both batteries were charged and we started our projects immediately! Very efficient for branch cutting. Great tool for routine yard work.

I bought this to cut up large branches that fall from a tree in front of my apartment when we have a storm. One fell the day it arrived. It cut it up like butter. Easy peasy. And I am a 63 yr. old woman. No more waiting on the landlord to do this. And it came with two batteries.
