Modern Bonded Leather Sectional Sofa – Small Space Configurable Couch – White

I cannot describe my complete and utter disappointment in this couch. If you are someone who is on a budget thinking, “Man this is a great buy and it’ll do until we can afford something better!” – Just keep scrolling. This purchase may be my one, true regret in life. My husband and I didn’t have the luxury of parental financial support when we got married. So everything we got was used, and we’ve been building our lives from scratch. It is an AMAZING journey, but it is SO sad when you decide that it’s finally time to have something *new* for once and you decide to get a couch that has poorer quality than the one we got from Goodwill 2 years ago. This couch is HARD and the cushions are bumpy. If you weight over 30 pounds, the cushions will slide all over the place and there is no hope for you to ever experience comfort. Now that we have established that this couch is a vile, awful, and deceptive piece of furniture. Let’s talk about the sellers: It was a BAD experience. When this product arrived the entire left arm was broken, and still is. I have worked with the seller to try and reach a solution, but have been very unhappy with their resolution. It has been a terrible, terrible experience. I am thinking about filing a claim with Amazon because that is how terrible it has been. I am serious – embrace your Goodwill couch, and forget about this one. Because it will ruin your entire life.

So I am still cursed with having this disgrace of a couch in my life. I moved my Goodwill couch back into the living room, and the monstrosity that is this gray microfiber piece of garbage is in our study where it will sit until we get the time to build a fire and send it back to hell where it came from.

I even bought decorative pillows to try and spruce it up. The other arm to the couch broke off almost instantly. So now, in just a few months, both arms are falling off.

Maybe you think, “Wow! They must be really fat people who sit on this couch a lot”

You are wrong. We are pretty average size (I’ll admit, I had a baby 8 months ago and am probably carrying around 10 pounds that are almost as haunting as this couch). But we sat on this couch for a week before we switched it out. I went to vacuum it after I purchased the decorative pillows – and surprise! The other arm started to fall off.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The couch arrived damaged in several spots. The totally fake leather is the worst I have seen. The stitching is coming out. The damage was not done in transit because the cuts and tears were inside the box that were protected by the seat cushions. The back of the couch is supposed to flip up and support the back cushions and it will not flip up straight. The ottoman is too short for the seat cushion, so it does not support your legs the couch is so hard you might as well be sitting on cement. See the pictures for examples. Leather is super cheap. The pillow stuffing does not hold its shape.

I absolutely love everything about this cute and small sofa. Only thing is that it had a slight damage, it wasn’t worth returning it because I love it so much.
Its very firm, lightweight but sturdy.
I like the fact that you put the long side on any side you want or have the ottoman completely separated if you want.

Great price, very very happy with the purchase.

So far I’m pleasantly surprised! I was a little hesitant because of the price and some of the other reviews. However, it was easy to assemble and seems to be relatively sturdy. I’m probably going to buy a support post for the middle portion, because the legs are literally attached to the arms of the couch and not the actual couch. This wasn’t the best idea on their part. But the couch is comfy after a little breaking in. I got the gray suede one and it seems the quality of the gray surpasses the pleather white and black. The back cushions are comfy and removable if someone would like to sleep on it. I am a short person so the chaise works for me, however, if you are tall I wouldn’t invest in this couch. It is low to the ground and on the smaller side. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble. It fits in my small space nicely. I will update my review with more time to see how it holds up.

Purchased this as something I wouldn’t care too much if my cats ended up damaging. For the money I spent I didn’t have high expectations for it, but I did expect a certain level of craftmanship and comfort that would be comparable to the price. While assembling, it was made apparent that this was just another order to be rushed out their doors. It’s very uncomfortable and awkward to to sit on. Dirt and debris cling to the material very well if that’s something you’re looking for. A word of advice; I would strongly recommend sticking to the stores that specialize in furniture and steer clear of listings like this. I learned a lesson; I can only hope others will as well.

First things first. This was delivered by FedEx ground not curbside delivery. This was a little much for the driver it’s really heavy. The box is huge! Secondly, throw the instructions away. They’re garbage and a waste of time. I spent 20 mins trying to figure out what it was trying to tell me before I said forget it. So I just examined the couch and it became common sense where each screw and bolt went. Assembly took about 15 mins. I’m not sure the dimensions are accurate though. I had an air couch that I also purchased on Amazon and the dimensions of this couch were about one or two inches bigger than those but once assembled it’s significantly smaller… The hight is similar but the width from the back to the front it’s really short. I’m 5’3.5 and when I sit my knees hang over about 2 in between the end of the cushion if that makes sense. With the ottoman attached it stops at my ankles with my legs stretched out. So if you’re tall i wouldn’t suggest this couch. But we needed something to hold us over in our small apt until we buy our house. It seems sturdy to me. The cushions are very stiff. We will see how long it lasts. So far so good. Happy with my purchase
