How to clean
1.After the fire naturally die out and the temperature drop into the room temperature .clean the ash and waste oil on the burner and oil collecting pipe ,clean the grill plate and other parts using water and cleaning brush.
2.Dry the oven with a clean, dry and soft cloth.
3. Coated with a layer of cooking oil on the grill plate
4. The oven placed in a ventilated/dry place/covered barbecue hood.
How to maintain
1. Keeping clean, do not have residual foodor ash/oil.
