What a good-looking, efficient, smartly priced 18 bottle cooler. Arrived yesterday. I installed it in space that was previously taken by a second dishwasher. The adjacent lower cabinets had no inner divider and so this unit has lots of space for ventilation. I trimmed it out today. Set the thermostat for 57 degrees .. 57 degrees it is. Wine cooled quickly and I got a 13 inch bottle seated with room to spare. The cooler is virtually silent. I could not be happier with this selection.

I originally was not happy with this product because the electronic control panel on the front did not work properly. But then the company’s Customer Service Dept. contacted me with a fix for the panel, which ended up being fairly simple. I have to say the Customer Service was very friendly, responsive and supportive–some of the best support I have gotten from a company. My cooler now works great and I am happy with it. The Customer Service rep said that they had this problem with a batch of their coolers, and they tried to recall that batch but some were sent out via Amazon, which must have been what happened with mine. At any rate, they worked very hard to make me happy with their product and I appreciate that level of service.

Working great so far! Seems to be holding the set temperature well. It’s quiet and looks good. The button lockout seems like a good idea but can be a bit of a pain if all you want to do is turn on the light. Not a big deal though. The door handle screws were a bit too long so I put some washers on the backside of them in order to get the handle mounted nice and sturdy. I also had to adjust the top door mount a little to recenter the door and get a tight seal at the top corner. Maybe it got jostled a little during shipping. But, she’s all good now and I hope to be enjoying more wines now that they won’t be spoiling.

Plenty of space for wine. Pulled the bottom rack for cans. Only been running one day, but seems to meet my expectation so far.

Excellent product, quiet and easy to place in my kitchen. Not sure if the blue temp light needs to stay on? I would like it to go off. Thx any info ?

Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Temperature set did drop a couple of degrees after first plugging in but the manual says this could happen. Have had it now for a couple of weeks and no further temperature changes. Noticed a sound coming from it last night for the very first time but it was not very loud, kind of just white noise. Has otherwise been silent. This so far has been an excellent purchase and the price can’t be beat.

The wine cooler is fine although it does not look like the picture. It holds 18 bottles but 6 stand up.
