A+ for Design, F for Durability. I initially gave it to my girlfriend as a gift and now shes been through 2 bottles in under 3 months. The first lid split vertically down the side and wouldn’t hold a drop of liquid. The second had the top of the lid peel and chip so it constantly gets caught on everything and causes pulls on clothing.

This is such a great tumbler. It is really high quality, and the infuser can hold even my finest tea blends without any trouble. I love that I can keep my tea secured in the infuser section and still drink out of the mug.
There is also no branding on this mug too, which is something I really love which means I can personalize it myself. I really love this mug and was happy to find it. There aren’t a lot of loose leaf tea mugs on the market, and after searching high and low, this one was perfect.

The lid started peeling after a few uses and I don’t even let it soak in water for long periods of time. The tumbler is an awkward side and doesn’t sit properly in a car cup holder, either it’s too small for the cup holder or it’s moving around in the larger cup holder

beautiful and functional. have not experienced cracking as others have, but i keep it at my desk and i am careful with it.

The design is cute but the inner layer of glass broke 🙁 when I put it on the counter on the first use. Hoping to get a refund for a product that is so fragile. If this is a to go bottle, you have to be extremely careful using it. This better works to be hidden in the counter and never be used…

I have bought 2 of these beautiful infusers within the past 6 months. Although I love the infuser the cap is defective, leaks and became detached from the twist off part of the infuser. I have tried contacting the seller and have not obtained a response.

This mug is amazing! While my tea remains hot, the double-walled glass helps retain the heat and my hands don’t burn. The artwork is super cute & modern while the overall size & shape of the glass infuser makes it easy to travel with. I have already taken mine to Palm Springs and New Orleans!

I’m so disappointed with this product. I was really looking forward to using this, but upon opening the box I found that the bamboo cap was cracked in 3 places!
