My wife runs a summer race where it’s way hotter than where she can train, so we thought this might be a good way to get accustomed to the heat in advance of the race.
It did exactly what we had hoped for. It provided enough heat/steam to get her trained so she could race effectively.
On the plus side it was super easy to set-up. I didn’t even need to read the instructions for the tent as it literally popped itself together when I took it out of the carry bag. Easy to set-up and easy to understand and use made this a cinch to use.
On the not plus side, I would have liked some kind of carry bag for all of the other pieces. One bag for the steamer, chair, tubes, and bottom pad would have made this a 2 bag easy to store solution. As it is, I still use the shipping box until I can find a suitable case for everything else.
The 2nd bag is merely a like to have and in no way takes away from the overall effectiveness of the product. I’d still buy it again.
