Mine arrived with a broken wheel and I contacted Amazon and received a replacement immediately.
Pros: large, karaoke is great on it with the screen and the great microphone. DVDs and CDs are very loud.
Cons: iPhones and iPods plugged in through the aux line or RCA input plugs both reduce the volume a bit. If you connect through Bluetooth it is definitely way louder. Also, the owners manual that it ships with is pretty much a hello how are you please register type of thing. They should at least send something that helps you figure out what all the buttons and switches do since there are so many.

That said, this thing definitely rocks and is great with crowds. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the wheels are really not made to handle the weight and size of this beast. Don’t get me wrong, this is really portable, but it is heavy and large and the wheels should be way bigger for something like this and made of better material/quality than plastic.

This machine is pretty bad ass! Just plugged it in it comes fully assembled all you do is connect power cord, you’ll need 4 batteries 2 AA for mic and 2 AAA for control. Im in a 2000sqft warehouse and customer came in and heard me trying it its pretty loud! embarrassing but love it!!

This machine surprised me with its capabilities. Our fitness manager wanted a new setup, and after looking at countless systems, ranging from several hundred to a couple thousand dollars, I stumbled upon this one, and was not dissapointed.

Everyones setup might be a little different, but for the most part, everyone needs the bare necessities when it comes to playing music and talking during a fitness class, and this machine fit the bill. Now, you will need some extra equipment if you want things perfect, but this pa system is very nice, and produces clean crisp sound, and the controls are easy to understand and setup.

Cant really talk ill of this system at all. Nothing available to knock one star off. I RARELY give 5 stars on a review. But this product matched the criteria for a 5 star rating(ease of use, decent packaging, all parts included)

I thought if i spent more on a karaoke machine than the lower end ones you can buy in toy stores that i would get a better quality machine with less defects. When i received the unit, the one wireless mic that came with it did not work. it would not sync and was simply non-functioning. Thank goodness i bought a backup wired mic, because i was planning on having a bunch of girls sleepover the night after getting this machine, and imagine not having a working mic! To date, I have sent 2 trouble tickets to Pyle and just sent my third, and needless to say their customer service is almost non-existent.
Aside from the mic, the sound is excellent, and it is nice that you can pair your iPhone to the bluetooth and play karaoke songs from your iPhone right through the speaker. We will have fun with this once we get a working mic.

Doesn’t work as I expected. My computer speakers sound louder and more clear, this thing doesn’t even have subwoofer as it claimed to, nothing comes out of this huge box. I used to have speakers 5 times smaller and three times louder and better 30 years ago! Believe it or not this big box is totally waist of your money and time. Gave it two stars just because it still works. If you just need any kind of sound that would probably work for you, but if you want to enjoy the sound and want something closer to the professional equipment, this thing not at all what it’s claimed to be. Never going to buy this Pyle of … again.

Great all in one machine. Easy to connect to IPad and IPhone. Very easy to use, thankfully being that the instructions are minimal. I haven’t used the disc drive or the screen. I use my IPAD Mini which I have connected to a mic stand for Karaoke. The machine is quite heavy to transport but it is doable. The microphone is okay but I prefer a wired mic so I don’t really use the provide mic much. The remote control does not work. This is my second unit that did not have a working remote. I don’t see a need for one so I’m okay with that too.

I am really disappointed with this system. First, the hum on this thing when it’s plugged in, and not running off batter, is terrible. The inputs aren’t shielded worth squat or the power supply is poor filtered or both. Second the remote control is horrible and difficult to use. Third, it’s very awkward to do anything other than play a karaoke cd (the radio is useless, the bluetooth is quirky, play off USB is a mess, and the supported file formats are more limited than they would seem.) Finally, the loudness and audio quality is just not there. I don’t expect much, certainly not hi fidelity, in a karaoke player, but pretty much everyone who had sand with us has commented on it’s limitations.

If it weren’t for the horrible reliability and quality control comments I found in the reviews for all the other karaoke players I would have sent this thing back in a heartbeat. That holds true after months. Even children’s players beat it in desired features. Do yourself a favor and pass this player, and this brand, up.

This is a great system that gave us plenty of fun during Thanksgiving. The sound quality is great and setting it up was simple. Bluetoothing it to a tablet or cell phone will give you the most fun since you can then use inexpensive Karaoke song websites on the Internet to access any song you desire. Other reviewers are correct that it would be nice to have a more detailed manual explaining how things work, but I was able to figure it out once I played with it. The biggest difficulty was understanding that only one device can be bluetoothed to the machine at a time. If another nearby device is already bluetoothed to the machine, then no other tablet or cell phone could bluetooth into the machine unless the nearby device is turned off. However, I would highly recommend this machine.
