I was very hesitant about purchasing a refurbished phone because you never know what you’re going to get. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone came and it was in perfect condition. I was able to put my Verizon sim card in and was able to connect and go.
The only reason I chose Mango (the seller) was because of their 100% feedback for the last 6 months.
The phone is great and is better than I thought it could be.

Awesome phone I was very impressed with this certified refurbished device. Would definitely recommend. Also keep in mind it is a verizon phone. But it is. I repeat. IT IS UNLOCKED. I have it with metro pcs and it works awesome. I was at one of the metro pcs stores and was told i couldn’t activate it with them. I went to a different metro pcs store and was helped right away and walked out with the phone connected. My advice would be to tell the workers its unlocked and that the phone is fully paid off. Most of the workers there are kinda lazy and tend not to care at all if its not a phone from their carrier.

Would not work with TMobile network, it was NOT factory network gsm unlocked. Nothing but errors and issues because of that, it would not register on T-Mobile network, so I returned it. I bit the bullet and purchase a new unlocked s8 from republic wireless as there less expensive than from Samsung directly, world of a difference between a true factory unlocked s8 vs this Verizon model. I’d recommend purchasing a true FACTORY unlocked model to save yourself the aggravation.

I contacted the seller to clarify that ” this does not include all available accessories. All refurbished units will ship with only an MFI-certified charging cable and UL-listed power adapter, headphones, manuals, etc. are not included.” The customer service is nice and wonderful.

I now have spent a good amount of time on the phone, and I am glad that I got this phone.
Plus, my friends with iPhones are now thinking of switching to such a nice deal.

The first one I received was defective. The rear camera wouldn’t focus. After doing some research this isn’t an uncommon problem with this phone. I contacted the seller and they were very understanding. I shipped the defective one back and they had the new one in the mail the same day they received the old one. The new one works great! Not a scratch on It! Would be a 5 star but the charger that came with it was broken. Overall would definitely recommend this seller. (PRIVI)

TO GSM OWNERS this does work with it. You just need to tinker with the settings slightly.
Go to your settings
Then
1) go to mobile networks
2) network mode—GSM
3) Go to network operators and click what service you own (at least for at&t)

Great phone, would’ve been fooled if you told me it was brand new. Just a little worrying when it says “not a verizon SIM card.” But passed that mini heart attack, and it’s a great deal

First day: relatively easy to learn, ‘bubble’ screen is nice but reflective, touch functionality works well. you will need a protective case its fragile (tempered glass for this curved screen do not stay in place). Size is average big not still not as large as edge phablet. The note app works well if you like keeping notes on the phone (note app update does not allow view expansion, I miss Smemo!). Sound is great esp with my high end wireless buds. Have a small shoulder pouch to keep it in when I walk so I don’t drop it. I use this mostly to read papers on, social media, etc. This is still not for any kind of analysis or heavy note-taking. Battery life unimpressive but better than S4. Refurbished is good enough for my budget but I’ve already exchanged once as the phone microphone stopped working. Wish it had more than 64 gb.

This phone is like brand new. You can’t tell it is refurbished. It only comes with a charging cord, no booklet of instruction, but you can Google instructions if you get stumped. I love the fact that it has 32G of memory!
I was a little nervous about ordering a refurbished phone however I am very pleased. I had an older Samsung so when I received this phone and tried to put the sim card from my old phone to this one, it was too big. I took it in to my provider AT&T and the sales associate was very kind in helping me get the correct sim card for no charge. I’ve had fun getting this phone set up even though there is a learning curve with any new phone. If all goes well in the next few years I’ll definitely buy another refurbished phone and through this company.
