I bought this for my Nintendo Switch and it’s great. I formatted it using Nintendo’s recommended formatting tool and I haven’t had any issues w/ it.

This card tested at 88MB/s read, so it meets its claim. The 4K speeds are fairly slow at 5MB/s and the sequential write is 15.8 MB/s which should suffice for most applications. This will work well for most people’s needs.

Tests done on a Kingston FCR-HS3 USB 3.0 reader using CrystalDiskMark 3.0.3 x64.

I’ve been using this SanDisk Ultra 64Gb Card in my Verizon 8″ Ellipsis tablet for about 6 months and it has been extremely reliable for storing and allowing playback of a large amount of movies I’ve converted from DVD to MP4s for the kids to watch. Since the card comes with an SD Card adaptor, I can easily copy the videos using my Mac’s SD slot and then insert the microSD card into the slot of the tablet. At 64GB, I have plenty of room for 50 or more videos. I haven’t noticed any lag or buffering issues when playing the movies back using the VLC Video application on the tablet.

Like most Amazon shoppers, I count on honest, unbiased reviews. I hope you have found this review helpful in making your purchase decision.

My GoPro said “SD ERROR” and kept shutting down, so took the card out of my GoPro, and put it into SanDisk’s adapter, and inserted it into my laptop to try to format it.

Suddenly curls of smoke rose from my laptop’s SD card port and I smelled burning plastic, so I pulled the card out, and found this. It was super hot, and there’s a possibility it might have caught fire if I’d left it in the laptop for longer.

The other three work fine in both the GoPro and the Laptop: they haven’t melted yet, but now I’m concerned.

I’ve attached a picture of the melted card, because “pics or it didn’t happen”. Well, it happened, and there’s the result.

Need not for extended elaboration for SanDisk micro cards. SanDisk makes good product and the least inexpensive choice. I’ve been using several other brands with competitive pricing and the results are the same, either you have a good unit or a bad one. But just for the record, I have not received any memory cards that are defective. Why other cards maybe more expensive? check the specifications when comparing them. There are quite a bit of variance to the use, performance and size. Not everyone would agree but I look at this like buying a car. I would rather buy depending on the reliability rather than the brand.

Died less then 2 yrs in. This is my 2nd sandisk that has failed costing me to lose all I had saved on it. My 1st failed sandisk was 64g which they replaced so I gave them another shot. Regret it now because I just lost some cherished pics. Here is another little tidbit of very important info if you want to recover data from your failing sandisk sd card then you will need to pay Sandisk $59.99 for Sandisk rescue pro deluxe. They charge you for rescue pro deluxe to get data off their failed product WOW!!!!! LMAO!! WHAT A SCAM!! Sell you a card that fails then charge you $59.99 if you want to recover any data. UNREAL!!!

Does what it’s supposed to do–for MOST devices. It gave my HTC 10 trouble from the beginning and I probably should have returned it, but that may be an issue with HTC. (Kept getting the error that it was unmounted unexpectedly). I ended up getting a 64GB Samsung recently and it hasn’t given me one issue. But I’m sure this card will work fine for other devices just fine–SanDisk is a great brand and I’ve always trusted them. I’m using it in my Nintendo Switch now and as expected it works perfectly, no hiccups.

This is a review of the San DIsk Ultra 128 GB microSDXC UHS-1 card.
I bought this to use as supplemental memory for an MP3 music player. The card comes with an SD card adapter. For my use it is adequately fast. Like all microSD cards it is very small and a bit fiddly. All these cards also feel a bit fragile but that’s due to their size.
San disk have delivered a card with good performance at a fair price.
