It’s large and completely plastic. Fits almost all of our outdoor cushions.

I love these deck boxes. I don’t have a garage and was leaving outdoor furniture in the backyard during the winter. i finally decided to invest in two of these boxes, one for my lower deck and one for my upstairs deck. One arrived damaged and Amazon immediately sent out a replacement even before the damaged one was returned. It was fairly simple to put together and only took about 10 minutes. i store cushions, outdoor tools, grill equipment, etc. they seem to be waterproof but i decided to buy the covers anyway and actually just bought a 3rd box. Loved buying online since my car is really small and there is no way one of these boxes would ever fit. Couldn’t be happier! One thing to note, the price seems to fluctuate a bit so if you see it priced around $88.00, buy it …. i believe i purchased closer to $99.00

The deck box looks nice and worked for a few months and then started leaking and gets a ton of water inside every time it rains. All of the deck cushions and pool towels got soaked and since it was off season and I didn’t notice right away everything got ruined with mold. I contacted customer service and the claim was denied and it was nearly impossible to get someone to email back or answer the phone. Very poor customer service for such a big company and very disappointed that for the money it only lasted one short summer season.

Arrived yesterday. So easy to put together. Took every bit of 15 minutes (took me that long because I kept stopping for a swig of my beer). Yeah, it’s made of plastic, but it goes together very solid. The top closed, it makes a very sturdy seat for guests. I store the back and seat cushions for 2 chairs in it, and it is about 1/3rd full. Wife loves it, said “Why did we not get one of these years ago?”

I’m a hero….

Well worth the $$ I paid for it, perhaps it will save me the cost of replacing cushions every couple of years like I have been doing.

Unlike other folks, I needed some deck storage for my mop bucket gear, along with random deck items like the humming bird feeder which won’t be needed over the winter.

I ordered this after reading the reviews here and after finding nothing really affordable and suitable at the big box hardware stores.

It came in a large-ish box. Assembly was so easy that my 13 yo put it together for me. He and his dad pushed it out onto the deck and I’ve been using it since.

It’s actually quite large inside. My mop bucket is the large yellow rolling sort with a matching yellow squisher. It has plenty of room inside. The chest has a slightly domed lid and the entire thing is done as fake wicker. Long term this is going to be a problem because it’s going to be difficult to clean all those nooks and crannies. I do believe a power washer will work great.

Easy to install. Waterproof. Large and sturdy.

Very easy to assemble…just read the enclosed directions – and follow them to the “T”! Meaning – don’t assume you can “do it differently” or that you can ‘skip a step’. Follow the directions and your deck box will be assembled and ready for use in less then 20 minutes.

This deck box can be assembled by only one person – and the only tools I needed were: a razor knife to open the box and a Phillips screwdriver to install three screws.

It actually takes longer to take the pieces out of the box and read the directions then it does to actually ASSEMBLE this deck box – it’s really that simple. Well constructed, sturdy – and appears it will hold up to the “elements” well.

Just assembled mine but I can’t get the lid to lock properly. Not sure if I did it correctly but there was no piece left…

My deck box arrived on time. It was put together by my handyman in about 20 minutes. It was a little smaller than my last deck box that was damaged by raccoons and squirrels. I made the mistake of storing bird seed in the deck box. I’ll never do this again.

It has been very rainy in the Chicago area, and all my pillows and cushions were kept dry–no leaking or moisture in the deck box. It is a beautiful addition to my deck and compliments the new black dining set I ordered through Amazon last summer.
