My wife and I assembled this in about an hour. We feared the assembly but it wasn’t as bad as we were expecting – pretty straightforward. The quality of the wicker is terrific and we have gotten many compliments from our neighbors on the colors. A great feature of the set is that you can rearrange it into different shapes and secure it with the clips provided. Can keep changing my mind on the set up without buyers remorse. A little nervous to buy patio furniture online but I must say now I will exclusively purchase from suncrown for all my patio furniture.

Delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition.

There is assembly required here but it wasn’t difficult at all, instructions made sense, all told I would say it took and hour to unpack and assemble.

Already had tons of compliments from guests on how great the furniture looks, you’d think I’d paid thousands for it.

Great purchase overall. Looking forward to receiving my next set from suncrown.

We just received this set, after having a patio done in our backyard. All arrived only a few days after ordering. It is a very nice set. We like the colors. Photos actually match real close what you will receive. I took some photos how it came out after assembly. Assembly was straight forward, took some time for the entire set, but not a big deal. It is our first Wicker style set, so I can’t compare to previous experiences.
We give this set 5 stars. It is comfortable for patio use, the shipping happened fast, the packaging was well done.
I do like the option of adding some stuff. For example we added an extra armchair, not shown in the photos.
Communication with the mfr is great as well. I had a question about the shipping and received immediate reply/attention.
This purchase was a pleasure. Now we have to see how it holds up through time 😉

For the weary buyer out there… Do not hesitate!!!!! I am super picky and I LOVE this set! I probably looked through 200 patio sets before finally choosing this one. I went to at least 7 other websites, as well as a wholesale / discount place nearby. I ended up going with this one because of the other reviews and the price, and they did NOT disappoint! Yes, the cushions aren’t the finest, first-class quality, but it’s for outside, and honestly they are MUCH more comfortable than I thought they would be. Seriously, I was so beyond pleasantly surprised. The cushions have zippers for easy cleaning, and the velcro is a nice touch. The upper pillows do slide, but we’re probably going to get velcro to put on those, as well. Our 24″ tall firepit was perfect, despite some other reviews saying this is a very short set; It does not feel short whatsoever. We’ve been on it basically all day everyday since we received it. Color is exactly as pictured. Throw pillows are a fantastic touch! Also, we ordered on Wednesday, and said Mon-Wed delivery. It ended up coming 2 days later on Friday! We are based in California so not sure if that’s why, but we were super happy that shipping was free and so fast. The one thing that’s a bummer is that my husband and I really wanted a cushion to transform the table into a 2nd ottoman. We emailed the company but they said they aren’t able to do customizations (which I think I’d read they did do in another review, but not 100% sure). Oh, well. Either way – excellent product, DON’T HESITATE!!!!!
