Complete plastic crap, out of the box it was an easy setup.
Everything was looking good until I hooked up the hose (which was a little difficult to get to by the way) on the bottom of the machine. I then turned the water on and presto!….. water leaking profusely from the bottom of the machine. The machine is Made almost exclusively from plastic . I contacted the manufacturer, they wanted a you tube video of the problem I sent it to him twice. Never heard from them until I just decided to return it , they agreed to that. Do not buy this . It is an inexpensive piece of machinery , I guess you get what you pay for. Spent a little more money and buy something sturdier.
06/20/20 Update: like others before they wanted me to pay for shipping which in my case would have turned out to be $122. Not getting anywhere with anybody on this one. I now have a brand new green door stop. Amazon informed me they would credit my account. Still waiting…

Straight out of the box this unit did not work. I have tried to get a response from company to try and return it and get a refund but after three attempts, still no reply. If you like paying money for a decorative anchor, then you should purchase this, however if you would like to actually get your money’s worth…… buy from another company and brand. Will be escalating this matter with Amazon. If you read the latest reviews ( which is about the same time I purchased mine) you’ll see that it is now the normal for all these machines to be defective…. and for the company to not respond. Have to agree with a few of the other reviewers….. Amazon should end their association with this company….. they are sending out defective products. UPDATE: Finally heard from seller, and they want me to return it to China….. ummm, that will cost you about $120…… BEWARE….. BEWARE…. BEWARE…..

The product is a great looking little unit. It is easy to handle and light weight. When initially turned on it produced good pressure. Within a couple of minutes it reduced its pressure to just above that of a garden hose. I checked house pressure and supply and made sure filter screen was clear … just a crap motor. I am returning and will try again.

We used this pressure washer to clean our driveway and it worked great, but when we tried to use it again, the motor would not operate.

I used my power wash yesterday it is awesome! Power washes decks, siding and concrete steps. Siding looks like brand new. I can’t wait to wash my car but will use a different nozzle with that. My only complaint is the green nozzle should be able to use with the soap bottle. Only the black nozzle can be use. Overall I love it ! And it arrived earlier than expected!

It’s a kick ass little machine.

my product arrived with the broken clip and when i went to use it the hose leaked all over the companywants me to pay for the return and us giving me a hard time obtaining a full refund I do not reccommend this purchase

Deceptive product information. It does not have 3800 PSI as it claims. Barely got 1200 -1500 PSI as I have compared with my old 1500 PSI machine. Could not even clean the mould out of a brick on my driveway.
