Well. It got here fast. The simple instructions say use a screw here and there. But it doesn’t say which one. There’s 5 different screw bolts and washer setups but it never really (beyond the package) tell you what screw goes where. Infact the instructions miss several steps that you just have to do. Such as hinges and handles. The tools they give you are not even the right size. At least the wrench. Gotta use your own or it’s a bust. But I hope it can cook well.

First pellet grill Iâve ever used and heard about the value. Assembly took about 20 minutes or so. Start up took about an hour after letting it burn off. I then filled it with mesquite pellets and the smoke started rolling! First night I made smoked bourbon salmon and it turned out great. Tonight and tomorrow is a 12 pound brisket! It takes awhile to adjust and level off temp but it holds nicely. I have an aftermarket thermometer and it also double checks the temperature control. Itâs a blast to cook on! I have the 550 2h and it fits a whole 12 pound brisket and thereâs some room left over. Perfect for a family of four and can probably do 5 racks of ribs.
The smoker works great but the food thermometer was Dead on arrival. I tried contacting the vendor for a replacement and they kept trying to get me to troubleshoot the connection with my phone when the device wonât even power on.

Very tiny. Full Rack of pork ribs barely fit and no cooking surface left
